I HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:
- Developing HVAC traning programs, materials and assements
- Workplace assesments for businesses when employing new HVAS artisans
- Writing memoradums for training programs, e.g. QCTO HVAC Programs
- Presenting training programs
- Marking papers, compiling feedback reports and training matrices for specific courses
WORK HISTORY
Qualified as an ammonia refrigeration artisan at the Research Institute for Fruit and food Technology at Stellenbosch. Was involved in technical assistance with the rate of cooling of fruit, cold storage with controlled atmosphere and various other projects.
Started working at Telkom as the first HVAC employee with the position of Chief Inspector: Air-conditioning. Built an air-conditioning section that could maintained more than 200 built-up air-conditioning systems in telephone exchanges. Developed job plans for maintenance and workplace skills assessments for qualified artisan to determine their impact on the business.
Manager at Telkom Workshops managing HVAC, Electrical and Emergency Power, and other disciplines.
On contract at Bidvest Facilities Management Training Centre writing memorandums, training material for Merseta NQF Unit Standards and various other training involvement.
